Not right now. This is where the system shows it's roots as a business application framework. For those all the security is role based. Admins can delete posts, but individual posters can't without giving them that right on all posts.
Individual permissions for some functions is on the to do list with the design done, but the implementation not. When it is done I'll announce it. No doubt you'll all try to crack it (which will avail you nothing!)
